Our Position

Court fraud is found before the “decisions” and “judgments.”

Court fraud obstructs justice and violates due process.

Our Approach

Read the Records for Yourself.

Where source material is publicly available and appropriate to publish, we publish it alongside the reporting. Readers should be able to examine the same documents we did.

Editorial Principles

  1. Document the claims

Reporting is built on filings, orders, transcripts and public records wherever those records can be obtained and published.

  2. Distinguish allegations from findings

An allegation is described as an allegation. A court finding is described as a finding. The two are never presented as the same thing.

  3. Seek responses

People and institutions named in reporting are contacted for comment, and responses are published alongside the reporting.

  4. Correct the record

Errors of fact are corrected and dated. Every corrected story carries an entry in its update log.

  5. Make source material accessible

Where a document is public and appropriate to publish, it is published so readers can examine it themselves.

Public Discussion Matters

Comments are open on our reporting because readers frequently know things we do not. Discussion is moderated, and comments are the views of their authors rather than of this publication.

Corrections & Updates

We correct errors of fact and say plainly what changed. Published reporting may also be updated as responses and court rulings arrive.
